Passports - Funding for Community Participation Supports for Adults with developmental disabilities
Who's it For? An initiative for young adults who have a developmental disability and who have left school and are seeking community participation supports.
What's this new funding used for? Individuals and/or families have the option of receiving funding to purchase services or they can choose to access services through Ministry funded agencies.
